A synergetic model allowing to present the economic society structure and crisis phenomena in macroeconomy was developed. It was shown that a deterministic economic system turns into a highly-productive state if the purchasing capacity exceeds the critical value. The economic society structure was presented by demand distribution function the form of which is given by the stationary solution of synergetic equations supplemented with stochastic sources. It was shown that the existence of the super-rich layer is possible only in the presence of crisis phenomena which hinder the society's development during a long time.
