Thermal conductivity and electric conductivity concentration dependences of epoxy-based metal-filled composite materials have been investigated. Thermal conductivity and electric conductivity concentration dependences have been analyzed according to modern concepts of filler-polymer interface with the application of generalized composite structure parameters. The efficiency of the developed approach to the analysis of thermal conductivity and electric conductivity of filled materials has been substantiated.
