We obtain approximate general solutions of hydrodynamical equations, which describe spherical or cylindrical expansion of perfect fluid with shock waves in ultra-relativistic limit. The equation of state is $p=k(ε-ρ)$, $ε$ is the energy density and $ρ$ is the baryon mass density. The solutions involve functional degrees of freedom inherent in partial differential equations. Internal shock wave between two domains of ultra-relativistic flow and external shock propagating into a static medium are considered.
