The electron and hole energy spectra in the combined semiconductor nanoheterosystem consisting of cylindrical semiconductor quantum wire perpendicularly crossing the plane quantum well placed into the external medium are calculated within the effective mass approximation and rectangular potential method. The dependences of quasiparticles energies on the radius of quantum wire and width of the quantum well are studied in detail.
