Oleh Markevych graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a degree in Computer Science.

Since October 2025 he is PhD student at the Department of General Physics. Dissertation topic is “Determination of elasto-optic parameters of chlorozincate group crystals”. Scientific supervisor: Professor V. Yo. Stadnyk.
