THERMAL MODIFICATION OF CERAMIC COMPOSITES BASED ON MANGANESE-CONTAINING CUBE SPINELS

Using the methods of electron-sonde microanalysis, X-ray diffraction, optical and Auger-spectrometry the nature of thermal stimulated diffusion of silver in ceramic composites based on manganese-containing cube spinels was studied. Phase compositions and microstructure of these materials were investigated.
