The influence of $γ$(Co$^{60}$)–irradiation on the stationary electroconductivity and termopower in the amorphous monochalcogenides germanium thin films has been investigated. The radiation treatment by $D > 10^4$ Gy leads changes of mechanisms of carrier charge transport in objects. The results of the study are interpreted on the basis Mott–Devis model and radiation stimulated defects formation.
