At $T>T_c$ the mobility of the minority carriers (electrons) is calculated for the hight–temperature superconductor YBa$_2$Cu$_3$O$_7$. It is shown that the mobility rises sharply at $T>T_c+0.5$~K and Hall effect behavior at $T≈ T_c$ particularly conductivity type change is accorded completely with the framework of usual kinetic theory and this behaviour is conditioned by a drastic enlargement of electron mobility.
