DENSITY OF ELECTRON STATES IN COMPOUNDS AIBIIIC2VI

The qualitative changes in density of states of electrons in CuInSe$_2$ induced by substitution of an atom by another one in the frame of the simple model are presented. The Huckel model in cluster–type calculation was used. Effects of relaxation of the molecular cluster and its size are analysed. From the obtained results it follows that the main effect of the substitution is widening the ‟valence band" and shifting both its centre and ‟conduction band" bottom.
