A study of the criteria for building the potentials of electron-ion interection from the phase functions properties in one-electron approximation has been carried out. The expediency of choosing the metal pseudopotential should proceed from the properties of the solutions of the scattering theory phase equation. Attaing the existence condition for partial amplitude dispertion pole proves to combine the methods of the pseudopotential and quantum defects.
