LUMINESCENCE-KINETIC PROPERTIES OF Pb-ASED MICROCRYSTALS EMBEDDED IN AI (A = Cs, Rb, K) MATRICES

The possibility of creating microcrystals like Cs$_{4}$PbI$_{6}$ and CsPbI$_{3}$, Rb$_{9}$PbI$_{11}$ and RbPbI$_{3}$, K$_{2}$PbI$_{4}$ and KPbI$_{3}$ embedded respectively in the matrices CsI, RbI, KI was shown. The luminescence-kinetic parameters of intrinsic luminescence of microcrystals and single crystals of the mentioned type measured at $T$=77 K were shown. Intensive luminescence of the mentioned microcrystals partially explain the overlapping of the luminescence excitation spectra microcrystals with luminescence spectra of anion excitons of respective alkali halide matrix.
