Theoretical investigation of electron and hole spectra of different spherical nanoheterostructures is performed within the effective mass approximation. The quasiparticles energies dependences on the sizes of every nanosystem shell are established. The energy of exciton excitement in CdS/HgS/CdS/H$_2$O spherical nanoheterosystem is calculated. The obtained results are compared with the experimental data.
