HYSTERESIS OF TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCES OF THERMOPOWER AND ELECTRICAL RESISTIVITY IN SOLID SOLUTIONS ON THE BASIS OF Eu TERNARY COMPOUNDS

A hysteresis is observed in the temperature dependences of differential thermopower and electrical resistivity of solid solutions on the basis of europium ternary compounds. It can be explained by a varied interconfiguration fluctuation state of Eu ion in the local regions of the crystal volume.
