Optical-luminescence properties of Eu$^{3+}$ impurity ions in calcium gallium germanium garnet (Ca$_3$Ga$_2$Ge$_3$O$_{12}$) and trigonal Ca-gallogermanate (Ca$_3$Ga$_2$Ge$_4$O$_{14}$) crystals in the temperature range of 80-300 K have been investigated. It was shown that in the concentration range of $0.1-3$ at. \% three types of Eu$^{3+}$ activator centers are formed in Ca$_3$Ga$_2$Ge$_3$O$_{12}$ crystals. One type of the Eu$^{3+}$ activator quasicenter is formed in this concentration range in the Ca$_3$Ga$_2$Ge$_4$O$_{14}$:Eu$^{3+}$ crystals. The nature of this quasicenter is caused by the disordering of $1a$ octahedral and $3f$ tetrahedral positions.
