The results of the radiation transfer equation solution without local thermodynamic equilibrium (LTE) in solar atmosphere for complex many-level atomic models of rare-earth elements (REE) are presented in this article.

The calculation has been carried out by the accelerated $Λ$-iteration method.

The quantitative means of parameters, that describe the non-LTE effects at the different atmosphere layers and their influence on Fraunhofer lines (levels population), source function, profiles, equivalent widths and so on are received.

The inversion of REE lines into emission on the solar limb that coordinates with observations and confirms an important role of the non-LTE effects in the formation of weak complicated Sun spectra has been received and explained.
