It is stated that there exist some discrepancies between the description of coordination number fluctuations in liquid metals and general positions of theory of fluctuation. Taking into account this fact it is needed to calculate the fluctuation using a more precisiely obtained structure factors and new methods. The estimation of the fluctuations for the number of atoms in six coordination shells in liquid Ga, Pb and Cd was carried out. It was found that relative fluctuation in liquid metals decreases with the increasing of coordination shell number but not vice versa. Besides it is established that the fluctuation parameter depends on the radius of microvolume in liquid has the oscillating form. The obtained new data allows to revise some postulates of the theory of liquid in respect to the mechanism of kinetics processes and cooperative phenomena, for example it is important for nucleation in liquid state.
