Vapour phase method of high resistivity CdTe:Cl monocrystals growth is described. Photoluminescence spectra are investigated in dependence of the doping impurity. Electric and photoelectric studies resulted in the energy position of the level loсated in the band-gap responsable for the electroconductivity of the grown crystals.
