The influence of mineral fillings on dispersion processes of mechanical energy in polymeric systems on the polyvinylchloride base was studied. Theoretical tests of absoption of ultrasonics waves with taking into consideration losses on dispersion were developed on base of the model of isotropic dielectrics.
