The NMR and NQR spectra of the $^{69}$Ga, $^{71}$Ga, $^7$Li isotopes have been investigated in intercalated GaSe:Li crystals with $N_{\rm Li} =2.5\times10^{18}$ and $1.3\times10^{20}$ cm$^{-3}$. The character of NMR spectra of $^7$Li specifies the existence in the interlayer space of two lithium states-mobile Li$^{+}$ ions and fixed ones. The quadrupole broadening of the resonance lines is observed in the last case.
