THE INVESTIGATION OF PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF p-TYPE HgMnTe IN THE MIXED CONDUCTIVITY REGION

The homogeneity and temperature dependence of conductivity in Hg$_{1-x}$Mn$_x$Te ($x=0.08-0.1$) single crystals are investigated in this paper. The peculiarities of ionized impurities, acoustic and polar optic phonon scattering are taken into account. It is shown that we can define the composition of Hg$_{1-x}$Mn$_x$Te solid solution and doping concentration from the measurements of conductivity temperature dependence.
