The investigation of the solar and stars flux radiation enables to study global fluctuations in their atmospheres. The paper deals with the development of a technique and solution the inverse problem (using Tikhonov stabilizers) for global oscillations of the sun continuum radiation in different spectral regions. Distribution of the temperature fluctuations in the solar photosphere with respect to height was obtained from the SOHO observational results using VIRGO (SPM) device. Global fluctuations of the solar radiation have been revealed to be due to standing waves in the solar photosphere resonance cavity.
