GENERATION AND RECOMBINATION CONDUCTIVITY COMPONENTS OF THE SEMICONDUCTOR'S PHOTODEFORMATIONAL RESPONSE

Generational and recombinational mechanisms of the piezophotoresistive effect were studied by theoretical and numerical methods. Obtained results show that in certain conditions only one of the mechanisms of the piezophotoresistive effect can appear that is important for photodeformational methods of modulational spectroscopy.
