SPECTRUM OF THE FLUCTUATIONS AT THE SIMULATION OF THE CHAOTIC MOVEMENT IN IMBALANCE STATE OBJECTS

The energy distributions of the simulated random driving of fundamental particles in a flat plane are given. The imitation of a disequilibrium was carried out by the introduction of the opaque bafflers on a plane, whose number, length and ordering could be changed widely. On the basis of the analysis of the obtained energy spectra the expression for a spectral concentration of fluctuations $S(f)$ of the isolated systems taking into consideration the dependence of $S(f)$ not only on the accumulated internal energy, but also on the structure of a system (through the relaxation time $τ$) has been suggested. The obtained expression for a spectral concentration explains the increase of $S(f)$ at $f \to 0$ (flickers-noises).
