A way to study a weakly-interacting Bose-gas is presented. It is based on the ideal Bose-gas theory and on Bogoliubov`s excitations spectrum for a weakly-nonideal Bose-system. Results for the density of states, the number of particles, the critical temperature and the chemical potential of a weakly-interacting Bose-gas are obtained. The external field influence on the gas behaviour is considered.
