We found density matrix of binary Bose-liquid taking into account only pair correlations and separating density matrices of ideal subsystems explicitly. In such a way higher-order terms are effectively considered. The self-consistence of the theory is shown for the low-temperature case and in the classical limit ($\hbar\rightarrow 0$). In our next paper we will try to evaluate expression for reduced $s$-particle density matrices and investigate thermodynamic properties of a two-component Bose-liquids especially the phase separation region. The impurity influence on the Bose-Einstein condensation phenomenon and will be also studied.
