THERMAL TREATMENT INFLUENCE OVER THE

The examination of magnetic, kinetic and optical properties of Hg$_{1-x-y}$Mn$_{x}$Fe$_y$Se$_{1-z}$S$_z$ (0.02$\le x_{\scriptsize\textrm{м}}\le 0.04;$ $z = 0.01$) crystals and their zone structure was made in the interval of temperatures $T =300$\,К and magnetic field $H=0.5$-6\,kOe. It has been established that thermal treatment of Hg and Se patterns results in the increase of Hg$_{1-x-y}$Mn$_{x}$Fe$_y$Se$_{1-z}$S$_z$ magnetic susceptibility and the decrease of the mobility of electrons. Direct interzone optical transitions in Hg$_{1-x-y}$Mn$_{x}$Fe$_y$Se$_{1-z}$S$_z$ crystals take place between the zone of hard holes and the conductivity zone.
