CONFIGURATIONAL INTEGRAL OF THE ION SYSTEM IN A POROUS MATRIX

Free energy for a system of point ions in a porous matrix of charged hard spheres is calculated. The calculations are based on the collective variables method with replica approach for the initial expressions. In the random phase approximation general formulae for the free energy are obtained. It is shown that the non-point nature of the matrix particles leads to qualitative changes in the thermodynamic functions of the system under consideration.
