The article is concerned with both a theoretical and experimental study of polarization dependencies of the hot electron emission in $n$-Ge on different parameters. In particular we focus on the electric field magnitude and direction, lattice temperature and one-axis pressure value. Some peculiarities of the angular dependencies of the emission caused by a change of the scattering mechanisms are found and explained. The appearance of the angular dependencies in the case of the electric field directed symmetrically relative to the valleys positions in $n$-Ge is observed for the first time. The appropriate theory is developed.
