The energy dependence of the $1/2^{-}$ the isomeric state excitation in $^{118}$Sn($γ,p)^{117m,g}$In the reaction has been investigated in the 17-26 MeV range. The experimental isomeric ratios are compared with the TALYS-1.0 calculations.
