The discrete and quasi-stationary states of hydrogenic impurity for a varied radius of a quantum dot in effective mass approximation were calculated for the Si/SiO$_2$/Si spherical nanoheterostructure based on the exact solution of the Poisson and Schrödinger equations. The dependence of the energy of impurity and the average time of life of the electron in quasi-stationary states on the internal and external radiuses of the quantum dot were defined and analyzed.
