In this paper we solve the problem of density profile the calculation in a finite-size liquid system of cylindrical geometry under the influence of external field. We investigate some peculiarities of this distribution in close vicinity to the critical state of the system. We show that even a short-range potential can cause in the critical state a significant non-uniformity in distribution of liquid in a sample.
