CROSS SECTION AND ANALYZING POWER CALCULATIONS FOR THE nd SCATTERING USING FADDEEV'S EQUATIONS AND THE K-HARMONICS METHOD

Using the method of the $K$-harmonics expansion, we solved the Faddeev equations for the $nd$ system at neutron energy below the deuteron breakup threshold. The differential cross-sections and corresponding phase shifts have been calculated for the quartet-state. The obtained values of phase shifts allowed to qualitatively describe angular dependences of the experimental analyzing powers for the reaction of $nd$ scattering.
