The \emph{T-x} phase diagram of the polythermal Ag$_8$SnS$_6$-[(AgBr)$_4\cdot$SnS$_2$] cross-section within the concentration range of 25-100 mol. \% ${{\rm Ag}}_{{\rm 8}} {{\rm SnS}}_{{\rm 6}} $ was constructed. The new superionic compound Ag$_6$SnS$_4$Br$_2$ was found. The structure of Ag$_6$SnS$_4$Br$_2$ compound is shown to belong to the orthorhombic space group { ıt Pnma}, $Z=4$, with unit cell parameters: $a=6.67050(10)$, $b=7.82095(9)$, $c=23.1404(3)$\AA. Besides, the electroconductivity of alloys of the cross-section in the temperature range of 210-380\,K was investigated. Ionic conduction is realized by the Ag cations and Br anions.
