Stationary properties of superconducting SIS junctions for an arbitrary dielectric layer transparency at the temperatures close to critical are studied. The numerical results of the current's dependence upon phase difference $I(φ)$, order parameter space distribution and superfluid velocity are given. It is shlown how a transition to the space homogenous case at $D\rightarrow1$ occurs. A new analytical expression for the dependence $I(φ)$ is found. Asymptotic results for $D\lesssim 1$ are presented.
