RANDOM PHASE APPROXIMATION FOR BOSE SYSTEMS ABOVE THE TEMPERATURE OF PHASE TRANSITION

The theory of non-superfluid Bose-liquid is built. In the general case the properties of the spectrum of collective modes are analyzed. The most simple estimation for the critical exponent $η$ is made.
