An acceptor's impurity energy spectra in the quantum dot were defined by the use the multiband Luttinger theory. Optical parameters of the quantum dot were analyzed and selection rules of the optical dipole transitions were derived. The dependence of the matrix element square of dipole momentum of the interlevel transition and the oscillator strength were obtained as a function of the quantum dot size. The effect of impurity on optical properties has been studied. It is shown that taking into account the polarization charges causes qualitative and quantitative changes of energy spectra and a shift of absorption bands into the hight energy region.
