The magnetic susceptibility (MS) of Si$_{0.95}$Ge$_{0.05}\,\langle {\rm B} \rangle$ submicron whiskers has been investigated in the temperature region 4.2-300\,K in magnetic fields with the intensity of up to 4\,kOe. The whisker MS was shown to differ from that of bulk silicon as magnitude and established nonlinearity of field dependencies. The revealed changes were shown to result from the existence of magnetic ordering of danger bonds in a nanoporous envelope of whiskers with a submicron diameter.
