NONLINEAR OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF SILVER HYDROSOLS

The measurements of the nonlinear absorption and nonlinear refraction of silver hydrosols obtained by the recovery of silver oxide in an aqueous environment were carried out using the Z-scan technique. The values of the nonlinear parameters and the sign of a nonlinear refraction were obtained. The concentration dependencies of nonlinear absorption and nonlinear refraction were studied.
