Using a modified model of NH$_3$CH$_2$COOH$\cdot$H$_2$PO$_3$ ferroelectric by taking into account the piezoelectric coupling with strains $\varepsilon_i$ within the Glauber method in a two-particle cluster approximation, the system of kinetic equations for mean values of pseudospins has been obtained. On the basis of the solutions of these equations we obtained the expressions for the components of the dynamic dielectric permittivity tensor of GPI and the relaxation times of the model. The influence of uniaxial pressures on these characteristics at different temperatures and frequencies have been studied.
