The compatibility problem of the equations for noncharged massive test spin 3/2 fields is considered in two-spinor framework of general relativity from the point of view of exact sets (in concordance with Penrose) of spinorial fields. The Rarita-Schwinger equations are generalized basing on all possible linear differential relations between two parts of the Rarita-Schwinger vector-spinor. The classification of generalized equation that naturally follows from the exactly set construction are performed. In these cases, if it is possible, the exact sets of spin-1/2 and spin-3/2 fields are constructed by way of an investigation of intergability conditions of the initial spin 3/2 equations. Some examples of various form of the Rarita-Schwinger equations are considered with the view of their classification. In Einstein spaces the gauge equivalence of the exact set based on Dirac-Fierz-Pauli equations and the exact sets based on the generalized Rarita-Schwinger equations is shown regardless of their class.s
