THE ENERGY OF ONE AND TWO ELECTRONS IN TWO SPHERICAL NANO CRYSTALS OF THE β-HgS/CdS SYSTEM

In the present work the results of research of a power spectrum of an electron of the basic and exited conditions of two connected nanocrystals of the spherical form, as well as $β$-HgS/CdS systems for different distances between them are submitted. The dependence of energy levels splithing on radius nano crystal is studied. The genesis of the energy spectrum of two nanocrystals of different radii from the distance between the borders of division is considered too. A energy spectrum of two electrons in the given structure is also investigated with the help of two methods: that of linear combination of quantum wells orbits and the Heitler-London method.
