Proceeding from the microscopic model Hamiltonian for the system of Fermi-particles interacting with phonons the equations for gap and chemical potential, admitting the analysis of its superconducting properties at arbitrary fermion concentration, are obtained. The solution of these equations allows to trace the crossover from local pair regime to Cooper pairing. It is shown that the type of superconducting behaviour depends not only on the strength of indirect interaction between fermions, but also on Fermi level position relatively to the maximal phonon energy.
