The approach which provides for the analytical expressions for the elastic and inelastic scattering and dissociation–into–two and –three–parts differential cross–sections of deuterons and three–nucleon–particles is developed. The dissociation cross–sections are the oscillating functions of the scattering angle of the projectile center–of–mass. The analysis of experimental data on the elastic and inelastic scattering of deuterons and $^3$He–nuclei by heavy nuclei at intermediate energies is performed. The results of calculations are in good agreement with the measured differential cross–sections for all the target nuclei considered.
