Phonon spectrum and polarisation field potential within complicated coaxial semiconductor cylindrical quantum wires are obtained in the framework of the dielectric continuum model. The total spectrum (discrete and continuous) and electron and hole wave functions are found in the effective mass approximation. The Hamiltonian of electron–phonon system in a representation of the second quantization over all the variables is established.
