Low-temperature creepping of polycrystal copper was investigated. Computer modeling of the creeping according to the dislocation exhaustion theory has permited the conclusion that the dislocation spectrum on activation energy had an exponential character. The dislocation spectrum parameters and the coefficient of relation between activation tension and activation energy were calculated from experimental data.
