THE INFLUENCE OF GAMMA-IRRADIATION ON THE IR OPTICAL TRANSMISSION SPECTRA OF CHALCOGENIDE VITREOUS SEMICONDUCTORS OF Ge–Sb–S SYSTEM

The influence of gamma-irradiation with the $3\cdot 10^6$ Gy dose on the optical transmission spectra in the infrared region from 4000 cm$^{-1}$ to 1000 cm$^{-1}$ in the chalcogenide vitreous semiconductors of the ternary Ge-Sb-S system of the Sb$_2$S$_3$-GeS$_2$ and Sb$_2$S$_3$-Ge$_2$S$_3$ sections are studied. The features of the vibrational absorption bands before and after the irradiation depending on the chemical composition of glasses are analyzed.
