The second-order partial Schrödinger-Breit equations are obtained for two relativistic nucleons with direct potential interaction in the triplet spin state. New continuity relations for wave functions are derived for the case of discontinuous potentials. There are not only central but also tensor interactions of the relativistic nature in the investigated relativistic model. The exact solutions for triplet state of two nucleones with the potential in the form of rectangular wells are received. The model of the deuteron ground state is introduced on the basis of the triplet relativistic equations with potential functions in the form of the rectangular wells, where the consistent explanation of essential deuteron experimental parameters is obtained.
