A reference system approach for the description of metalic systems models suggested in authors' papers is generalized and completed. The hierarchy of fundamental model Hamiltonians is constructed within the frames of the microscopic many-electron theory: electron-nuclei model, electron-ion model, ion-ion model of metal. The structure of many-particle effective interactions in electron-ion and ion models and their dependence on different correlation effects is investigated. Major distinctions of the microscopic reference system approach unlike the traditional semiphenomenological one are analysed.
