THEORY OF PHONON SPECTRUM IN CYLINDRICAL QUANTUM DOTS PLACED IN QUANTUM WIRES EMBEDDED INTO THREE-DIMENSIONAL MEDIUM

The theory of energy spectra and polarizational fields of confined and interface phonons is established for the combined nanosystem consisting of cylindrical quantum dots in cylindrical quantum wire embedded into the massive three-dimensional medium within the dielectric continuum method.
