A review of the problem of a large-scale structure formation of the Universe is presented. Theory of cosmological perturbations is presented in the gauge-invariant approach. It is used for the description of the evolution of special objects of different scales and also for temperature fluctuations of cosmic microwave background radiation. The current state of observational cosmology and consistency of theoretical predictions with experimental data are described too.
